Classic / Compact Chamber
Have you ever “built” your own bilayer chamber? Forget all the hours of trying to fiddle a plastic membrane between leaking blocks. The IonoTools Classic Chamber is packed ready to use and offers you the start of your experiments only minutes after you enter the lab in the morning. Just unpack, fit in the IonoTools Classic Chamber Holder, paint your bilayer, and start gathering data. (For use with IonoTec Classic System and other systems using the IonoTec Classic Chamber holder).
Classic / Compcat Chamber Holder
The IonoTools Classic Chamber Holder is a neatly crafted massive metal block holding the IonoTools Classic Chamber. In addition to excellent mechanical stabilization of the chamber it contributes to the electrical shielding necessary to achieve high resolution-low noise data. (For use with IonoTec Classic System or other systems).
Dual Chamber
The IonoTools Dual Chamber allows for the simultaneous observation of electric currents through and optical signals from the bilayer membrane. The Dual Chamber immobilizes the bilayer in a defined position for exact optical mesurements below, above and inside the membrane. It comes packed ready for use and requires the same minimum preparation for experiments as the Classic Chamber. (For use with IonoTec Dual Systems).
